This is a beautifully printed book, and a nice addtion to anyone's collection on American sculpture . Text is of Scuptor David Smith's talk given at Ohio State University in 1959. Critic Clement Greenberg considered him "the best of his generation and an authentic American voice." Sidney Chafetz is famous for his woodcut portraits of famous people and political satire.
