Please be assured that your privacy will be vigilantly protected when placing an order with Empty Mirror Books. Our secure shopping cart is provided by PayPal. If you have any privacy-related concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Payment

Credit Cards / eChecks / PayPal: We accept credit card & e-check payments via PayPal. To pay via PayPal, just click the the 'add to cart' buttons next to each item for sale on this site.

Western Union Money Transfer: We are pleased to accept payments in this manner, but please add a fee of $15 to your payment to cover travel costs & time to reach our nearest Western Union office. Please notify us before sending payment in this manner.

Shipping

Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping in the US is usually by USPS Media Mail (average delivery time 4-14 days). Selected packages are sent via Priority Mail. International shipments are made by USPS Economy / Surface Mail (4-8 weeks).

If you need your items faster please email us to make other arrangements. UPS Priority Mail & Express Mail, UPS, and other options are available.

International Buyers, Please Note: Packages sent outside the U.S. are not trackable. While we successfully send many packages overseas each month, & have experienced no real problem with undelivered packages in foreign countries, please note that we cannot bear resposibility for packages that fail to arrive at a destination outside the U.S. (In some cases, upon request, & at extra cost, it is possible to send packages via Registered Mail or other trackable means - please enquire.)

We pack with great care, with plenty of cushioning and sturdy packaging, to ensure that your receive your book in the same condition as when it left our hands.

Please email us if you have any questions about books, or the services we offer. We're always glad to give more a more detailed description, discuss points, or send you scans of any book we have in stock. Certificates of Authenticity are also available.

Gift Wrap

We'll be happy to gift wrap your selection at no extra charge. An enclosure card is also included. Click here to view the book-themed gift wrap pattern. Christmas and winter-theme (blue wintery design) are also available - just ask!

Problems & Returns

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied with a book you have purchased from us, or if it does not arrive by the expected date. We want to make it right. Any book is returnable within 7 days of receipt if you feel it is not as described, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that audio and video tapes and disks are non-returnable. Shipping is not refundable. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original payment (for example, payments made using PayPal are refunded to your PayPal account, payments made with a check are refunded via check, etc.).
