Would you have voted to go to war?

ANSWER:

I would have voted to go to war -
I mean - no,
I would probably have voted against it.

and come to think,

I would never have voted for the war,
that decision turned out to be a major blunder

and I have always been consistent about that

O.K,

I would have voted for the war at the time,
but now I'm against it -

besides,

I would NEVER have voted for the war.

Well, I may have voted for it at the time
but now I'm against it.
