Frank maintained his humor and enjoyment of living in his cabin in the redwoods by
his beloved waterfall, in company with his cat, the deer, the foxes, and a passing bear.

In the 1960s Frank was the Secretary of the San Francisco Hells Angels--
and in his middle years he became a Zen hermit.
