Dr. Gladys M. Francis (Ph.D., Purdue University; Francophone, French, Theory and Cultural Studies) is the author of two forthcoming books and numerous articles published in the Caribbean, North America, and Europe; and the recipient of various international grants. Her research involves Diaspora, Transnational, Post/Colonial, Film and Gender Studies (in the regions of the French Caribbean, the Maghreb, and Sub-Saharan Africa).
