About Lazar Trubman
Lazar Trubman came to America in 1990 as a political refugee from a small town in the ancient land of Transylvania, after experiencing firsthand the hospitality of the Committee of State Security (KGB in common parlance) for five long years. After obtaining degrees in philology and linguistics, he taught languages and European literature at several colleges in the United States. In 2017, he settled in North Carolina to dedicate the rest of his time to writing. He is married with three grown children. His short fiction has recently been published by Adelaide Magazine.
