About Steven Thomas Howell

Steven Thomas Howell is a 48-year-old retired U.S. Army officer living in in Valrico, Florida, with his wife, two sons, and one hyperactive dog. He's a fiction writer, a runner, a road-biker, and an out-of-practice musician.
