Jazz & Poetry: The Craft of Collaboration

This workshop offers an opportunity for musicians and poets to explore the long, rich history of music and spoken word with the guidance of Beat poet / playwright Michael McClure and saxophonist/composer George Brooks.

They will perform examples from their work together and encourage participants to perform together during the workshop. Bring your instruments and poems.
