Five Pieces by Rose Knapp

Rose Knapp

These abstract mixed-media art works deal with contemporary social issues while leaving interpretations up to the viewer rather than taking hard line either/or stances. Themes include the disintegrating middle-classes, who has power and access in society, the continuing demonization and marginalization of communities created by the War on Drugs, and the blurring line between the digital art-world and the ‘legitimate’ gallery oriented art-world.
