Ben Stainton

Ben Stainton makes analogue collages. Their subjects are mainly portraits of people in abnormal situations, using vintage/new paper stock. His work is surreal/playful/deadpan in nature, and comments in some way on society, fashion, or longing for things. His art and poems have shown up in Maintenant Dada Journal, 3am, For Every Year and TheNewerYork. He has a small book of poems called Edibles, described by Todd Swift as "an innovatively witty piss-take of modern culture," out now from Eyewear Publishing.
